摘要: The aim of this research was to determine the bone formation capacity in fenestration defects associated with dental implants using absorbable and non-absorbable membranes. Six dogs were used study. In both tibias each animal 3 installed, around these 5 mm circular created. covered membranes (experimental group 1), 2), third defect not (control group). At 8 weeks post-surgery, animals euthanized tissue processed for histological analysis. statistical analysis conducted Tukey's test, considering significance when p 0.1). without membrane, continuous connective invasions repair deficiency observed. There no significant differences characteristics volume neoformed by different membranes, whereas control produced significantly less bone. use biological contributes three-wall defects.
