摘要: Electrically conductive paths are produced on a polymeric substrate by laser writing, i.e., tracing desired the beam. The resulting comprise electrically carbon as thermal decomposition of surface material; can serve; e.g., electrical interconnections akin to printed circuitry wiring board. Optionally, conductivity be enhanced electroplating suitable conductor metal or alloy onto paths.
