摘要: Cell lysis is a key sample preparation stage in many biomedical studies as DNA extraction and classification require the use of nucleic acid proteins released upon decomposition cell membrane. We present an effective method lysing cells suspended microliter droplet placed on super-hydrophobic surface. When bubble, injected into sessile droplet, subsequently ruptures, rapidly moving fluid jet formed. In this work, that are transported within captured separate hydrophilic substrate shown to have been lysed.
