摘要: A novel electrochemical cytosensor was developed based on PAMAM and a folic acid (FA) modified glassy carbon paste electrode (GCPE) where HeLa cells were utilized as model cancer cells. For this purpose, gold nanoparticles (AuNp), cysteamin (Cys), glutaraldehyde (Glu), FA immobilized onto the GCPE respectively. After characterization of GCPE/AuNp/Cys/Glu/PAMAM/FA optimization experimental parameters, analytical characteristics examined. The linear range found between 102 per mL 106 mL. LOD value calculated 100 with RSD 1.55% (for 5.0 × 104 (n = 3)). selectivity tested by using folate negative cell line A549. cytosensor's performance also compared similar previous studies. As result, selective, sensitive practical system developed.
