摘要: Abstract The clinical and pathologic findings in a 74 year old Negro woman with muscular subaortic stenosis are reported. diagnosis was suggested by the combination of brisk-rising carotid pulse, bifid left ventricular precordial impulse, prominent atrial diastolic gallop an apical pansystolic murmur postpremature beat accentuation. At necropsy there severe hypertrophy cephalad portion septum, thickening endocardium outflow ventricle focal fibrous mitral valve leaflets.
