摘要: The actual stage of the development Kosovo is characterized by concerning levels environmental pollution and serious health problems attributed to emission pollutants into air, soil water. In this context, river one main threats due discharge untreated urban industrial waste waters that affect quality surface ground addition, agricultural discharges are affecting water quality. article, we presenting data on cyto- genotoxic potential samples from three rivers (Sitnica, Drenica Lepenci) in as determined cultures primary rat hepatocytes. Sitnica (as most important tributary) drain Black Sea, whereas Lepenci drains Aegean Sea. These polluted mainly industry together with municipal discharges. results study show have primarily a cytotoxic causing necrotic cell death was not accompanied any increase rate micronucleated cells an indicator for potential. different effects 2 consecutive years can be variations physico-chemical parameters such levels, intake pollutants, so on, indicating need continuous monitoring risk assessment.
