摘要: Alkynes, alkenes, and allenes are widely available starting materials for organic synthesis. Their reactivity toward nucleophile can be enhanced on coordination to a metal center. Nucleophilic addition coordinated alkynes, has been subject of intensive study because the great importance transformation or functionalization these unsaturated hydrocarbons. The reaction represents fundamental step in rapidly growing number catalytic processes mediated by transition complexes. Numerous stoichiometric nucleophilic reactions now documented literature. In this chapter, mononuclear centers summarized. Featured nucleophiles include carbon-, nitrogen-, oxygen-, phosphorus-based nucleophiles.
