摘要: Adverse health effects that may result from chronic exposure to mixtures of disinfection by-products (DBPs) present in drinking waters be linked both the types and concentrations DBPs present. Depending on characteristics source water treatment processes used, found vary substantially. The composition a drinking-water mixture also change during distribution. This study evaluated relationships between mutagenicity, using Ames assay, quality parameters. included information treatment, mutagenicity data, data for waters, finished distribution samples collected five full-scale plants, which used chlorine exclusively disinfection. Four plants surface sources fifth plant groundwater. Correlations parameters are presented. highest correlation was obser...
