摘要: Abstract The aim of this work was to correlate the appearance symptoms, multiplication and spread virus after mechanical inoculation potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) cultivars showing different levels susceptibility sensitivity Potato YNTN (PVYNTN). used were resistant cultivar Sante susceptible Igor, Pentland squire Desiree. PVYNTN in infected plants monitored using methods: DAS-ELISA, tissue printing, immuno-serological electron microscopy real-time PCR. In all three cultivars, detected inoculated leaves 4–5 days inoculation. From there rapidly, first into stem, then more or less simultaneously upper roots. Real-time PCR shown be very sensitive enabled viral RNA non-inoculated Igor earlier than other methods. Therefore, for exact studies plant–virus interaction, a combination methods which detect viruses on basis their properties (coat protein, morphology RNA) should monitor viruses.
