摘要: This viewpoint is a global call to promote fundamental and applied research aiming toward designing smart nanocarriers of desired properties, novel noninvasive strategies open the blood-brain barrier (BBB), delivery/release single/multiple therapeutic agents across BBB eradicate neurohuman immunodeficiency virus (HIV), for on-demand site-specific release antiretroviral therapy, developing nanoformulations capable recognize latently infected HIV reservoirs, analytical diagnostic tools detect monitor infection. Thus, investigation nanoformulations, methodologies delivery/release, methods, would be high significance neuroacquired syndrome. Overall, these developments will certainly help develop personalized nanomedicines cure HIV-monitoring systems disease management.
