摘要: In today's dynamic business world the economic success of an enterprise increasingly depends on its ability to react changes in environment a quick and flexible way. Process-aware information systems (PAIS) offer promising perspectives this respect are employed for operationally supporting processes. To provide effective process support, PAIS needed which do not freeze existing processes, but allow loosely specified which can be detailed during run-time. addition, should enable authorized users flexibly deviate from predefined processes if required (e.g., by allowing them dynamically add, delete, or move activities) evolve over time. At same time must ensure consistency robustness. The emergence different support paradigms lack methods comparing change approaches have made it difficult engineers choose adequate technology. paper we suggest set patterns features foster systematic comparison management technology with support. Based these features, analysis evaluation selected both academia industry. identified facilitate frameworks, consequently will selecting right realizing PAIS. work used as reference implementing more flexible
