摘要: Abstract In the search for efficient photocatalysts working under visible light, we have investigated effect of metal ions (Bi/Co, Fe/Co) codoping on photocatalytic activity TiO 2 prepared by stearic acid gel method. UV–vis spectra revealed that doped Co enhanced absorbency and Bi/Co codoped showed higher absorbance than Fe/Co . The photoreaction based samples photodegradation 20 mg/l rhodamine B solution was examined. results Fe(0.1%)/Co(0.4%) had highest photoactivity among all as-prepared though less indicating not only benefits from but also relates to cooperative two dopants.
