摘要: Zinc ions exert an inhibitory effect on Ca(2+)Mg(2+)-dependent endonuclease which is supposed to be responsible for the fragmentation of DNA during apoptosis. In experimental system we used, that HeLa cells treated with VP-16, protection from internucleosomal degradation modulated by Zn concentration and appears dependent time after treatment. This does not prevent cell death or occurrence apoptotic parameters, suggesting ladder appearance a crucial event in The activation poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase following administration observed has been abolished zinc, supporting hypothesis this regulated small-sized fragments.
