摘要: Abstract Slurry wear tests were carried out for base metal SCS6, HP/HVOF thermal-sprayed DTS-W110 (1), arc-sprayed 56W 2 C/Ni/Cr and spray-fused coating of self-fluxing alloy material 41WC/Ni/Cr/Co. The slurry jet test apparatus was used the test. flow velocity 10–40 m/s, impingement angle ranged from 90° to 15°. It found that volume loss rate all materials at 40 m/s is almost constant irrespective between 60°, decreases with a decreased angle. Coating hardness influences resistance thermal sprayed materials. Cavitation erosion on above-mentioned coatings different compositions. cavitation not affected by hardness, but influenced density pores in material.
