摘要: To examine the effects of cAMP-independent protein kinase-C system and interleukin-1 (IL-1) on secretion ACTH POMC gene expression in cultured rat anterior pituitary (AP) cells, AP cells were incubated with CRF, 8-bromo-cAMP, arginine vasopressin, angiotensin II, norepinephrine, phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate. After 15 h incubation, CRF 8-bromo-cAMP increased both release mRNA level. Arginine or 13-acetate stimulated but failed to increase basal CRFstimulated levels. Human recombinant IL-lα -β neither nor levels after 3 incubation. 100 pM 10 nM release. However, significantly elevated only by IL-1β.
