摘要: With the exception of amiodarone, most class III agents are blockers, blocking rapid (r) component delayed rectifier potassium current (IK). Selective IKr blockers include, for example, d-sotalol and newer substances like dofetilide, sematilide, E-4031 or MK-499 [1].
