How to Use Rocuronium for Tracheal Intubation

摘要: ロクロニウムは既存のステロイド系非脱分極性筋弛緩薬のなかで最も作用発現が速い筋弛緩薬である. 十分な投与量を用いれば, スキサメトニウムに匹敵したスピードで迅速気管挿管が可能である. フルストマックなど患者側の危険性や手術時間等を考慮し, 挿管用量を設定すべきである. Priming principleやtiming principleなどの投与方法も迅速気管挿管に有用である.
