摘要: Structural changes of society, such as urbanisation, economic growth and ageing, have evoked a continuing diversification forest ownership objectives management strategies in Finland other Nordic countries. Traditional forestry extension, by means selling regular plans to farm-forest owners, has lost efficiency. As modern way activating satisfying the growing number new concept customer-oriented planning been introduced. Recently present authors constructing theoretical basis studying empirical implications customer-orientation consultation activity, which so far not unanimously defined Based on some preliminary results authors’ research, this paper identifies, conceptualises quantifies decision-making modes decision-support needs Finnish family owners. Furthermore, application mixed methods authors' current research activity is demonstrated discussed.
