摘要: The failure probability of ceramic components in multiaxial stress states can be predicted from the results uniaxial tests, if a suitable fracture criterion for loading is known. In paper it investigated how selected influences distribution component. Several acceptable criteria are found by comparing four-point-bend tests performed with aluminum nitride concentric ring-on-ring tests.
