摘要: In 2-phenyl­quinoline-4-carboxylic acid, C16H11NO2, hydrogen bonding occurs only between a carboxyl O atom donor and the ring N atom, which acts as an acceptor. The H is ordered in this structure. dihedral angle group plane best-fit mean quinoline 53.6 (1)°. All bond distances angles within core, phenyl fall normal ranges. structure described space P212121.
