摘要: It is widely acknowledged that precision design and error compensation are two basic methods to achieve high geometrical accuracy for machine tools. And these methods, modeling sensitivity analysis key issues. In this paper, an method based on multi-body system (MBS) used construct the mapping between sources cutting tool pose a five-axis tool. According mapping, traditional definitions of local indices (LSIs) global (GSIs) introduced. Based LSIs GSIs, general (GLSIs), (GGSIs), fluctuation (GGSFIs) proposed. By using new indices, conducted. results, angular components conducted in numerical simulation. The results show by proposed method, we can improve less but get more improvement accuracy. indicates very effective meaningful. also be other
