摘要: Abstract Shot peening is a mechanical surface treatment that consists of projecting numerous small particles onto ductile surface. Repeated and random hammering leads to compressive residual stresses as well work-hardening near the resulting in potentially significant improvement fatigue performance. On other hand, shot also increases roughness can produce damage which are detrimental properties. Fatigue life prediction models have been proposed predict combined influence these factors.
