摘要: The mechanisms responsible for the cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases have been focus of experimental clinical studies decades. Among those studies, relationship between gut microbiota organs system tissues, represents research field that has generated highest number publications. Homeostasis is important to host because promotes maturation autoimmune system, harmonic integrative functions brain normal function related with metabolic systems. On other hand, when occurs a dysbiosis, target become vulnerable onset or aggravation complex chronic conditions, such as (e.g., arterial hypertension) dementia) diseases. In present brief review, we discuss main involved in disturbances promising beneficial effects revealed using functional food (nutraceuticals), traditional probiotic Kefir. Here, highlight current scientific advances, concerns limitations about use this nutraceutical. our discussion endothelial dysfunction accompanies hypertension, neurovascular characterizes ageing-related dementia patients suffering Alzheimer disease.
