摘要: A new type of scanning electrometer is described which capable measuring the charge on areas as small 0.3 cm2 at a rate fast enough to show changes in distribution dielectric surface within intervals order 30 msec. The minimum density can be measured about 0.6×10−9 coulomb cm−2. Resolution charged one millimeter apart possible. This provides tool for studying charges detail.
