摘要: Abstract A horizontal wind shear leads to vertical movement of ions and electrons, which gives rise the formation thin layers ionization. The probability layer appearing depends on component earth's magnetic field. This is same as observed for sporadic- E critical frequency f 0 s ) exceed 5 Mc/s in different parts world. hypothesis that all temperate zone due shears given further support because it shows how once formed will tend persist, correct height at most likely form satisfactory so far orders magnitude various quantities are concerned.
