摘要: Preparation and characterisation of liquid epoxidised natural rubber in latex by chemical degradation was successfully carried out. The effect certain parameters, such as surfactant concentrations, incubation time ENR the presence pH condition on reaction efficiency were studied. Effect degrading agent concentrations drying temperatures LENR also investigated. molecular weight, i.e., Mw Mn, which determined gel permeation chromatography (GPC) content decreased gradually increased. Moreover, temperatures, ranging from 333 to 423 K showed no significant changes epoxidation levels epoxy derivatives, period 24 4 h. resulting further characterised using Fourier transform infra-red (FTIR) spectroscope, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) field emission-scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). glass transition temperature, Tg LENR, 252 K increased compared with ENR, 248 K. Besides, particles morphology found be more uniform larger ENR. functional groups carbonyl end group, hydroxyl, epoxy, ester furan after form LENR. This indicates that polar at backbone play an important role brings about distinguished characters properties
