摘要: This article reviews current trends in management of esophageal achalasia, highlighting short-term outcome and cost comparisons three treatments: botulinum toxin injection, pneumatic dilation, laparoscopic myotomy. The quality life resulting from these palliative treatments is also discussed, as are long-term outcomes.
