摘要: INTRODUCTION: Studies on Chagas disease deal with the perspective of its occurrence in Amazon region, which is directly correlated to population growth and spread bug biotope. The state Rondonia has an immense source vectors (Triatomine) reservoirs Trypanosoma cruzi. Environmental changes brought forth by deforestation region may cause vector behavior bring these a closer contact humans, increasing probability infection. METHODS: This study was carried out check municipality Monte Negro, Rondonia, Brazil, based random sampling farms people wherein blood collection from capturing triatomines were done. samples submitted serologic tests detect antibodies IgG class against T. that collected had their digestive tract checked for presence trypanosomatidae morphology resembling RESULTS: examined mostly other states.
