摘要: An isothermal finite element method (FEM) model has been applied to study the behavior of two kinds shape memory alloy (SMA) composites. For SMA-fiber reinforced normal metal composites, FEM analysis shows that mechanical composites depends on SMA volume fraction. metal-fiber matrix phase transformation is affected by increasing Young’s modulus fiber. The was also treated using a simple numerical analysis, which assumes there are uniform stresses and strains distributions in fiber respectively. It found an obvious difference between assessment. Only can provide reasonable predictions transformations SMA/normal
