摘要: Abstract The analysis of gene frequencies for a nested structure genes within individuals, individuals subpopulations, and subpopulations populations is considered. Alternative parameterizations are provided by measures correlation identity descent, but the latter parameters provide more flexibility. The effects population size, mating system, mutation, migration can be incorporated into transition equations equilibrium determined; procedures illustrated finite island model. With defined before estimation developed, problems estimates depending on numbers sampled avoided, while descent also avoid approximations found in other treatments.
