摘要: Objective: Kidney transplantation with a living donor has proved to be an effective solution for kidney patients on the waiting list transplantation. Nevertheless, it may difficult find donor. The purpose of this explorative study is investigate how transplant candidates may, or not, in Netherlands. Methods: We compared group 42 who did not did, using semi-structured interviews. Results: found that, although almost all recognized advantages donation and were willing accept offer donor, many very ask potential directly. This was true both groups. Conclusion: Patients gain from professional support deal situation ways that balance their medical needs personal relationships. Practice Implications: Support programs should developed assist developing strategies discussing donors.
