摘要: Rotenoids are group of ketonic compounds having chromno chromanone ring structure. In the present study were isolated from various plant parts and callus cultures Cassia occidentalis L., (Fabaceae), identified using TLC, gas–liquid chromatography other spectral techniques comparable to that standard rotenoids. The recovery rotenoids was found be maximum in roots minimum stem. effective against Anopheles stephensi larvae with lethal concentration (LC50 LC 90) as 110.73 206.79 ppm, respectively. Precursors used enhance rotenoid production vitro. Treatment dose 0.05 mM both Phenylalanine Methionine increased 1.18 times than control.
