摘要: AbstractThroughout our lives, epigenetic processes shape development and enable us to adapt a constantly changing environment. Identifying understanding environmentally induced change(s) that may lead adverse outcomes is vital for protecting public health. This review, therefore, examines the present of mechanisms involved in mammalian life cycle, evaluates current evidence toxicity human cohorts rodent models highlights research considerations implications this emerging knowledge health regulatory toxicology.
