摘要: Pulse granuloma is a rare, benign entity that most likely represents reaction to vegetable material and characterized by hyaline rings foreign-body giant cells. We report case of pulse involving Meckel's diverticulum. The patient presented with abdominal pain radiological findings consistent Microscopic examination the resected tissue confirmed diagnosis diverticulum small bowel mucosa. Peridiverticular cells, circular structures containing calcified basophilic granules were also identified, granuloma. granulomas have been reported in variety locations, commonly oral cavity. To best our knowledge, this first example Familiarity allows for timely accurate entity, particularly sites not previously described literature.
