Pulse granuloma involving Meckel's diverticulum: a case report and literature review.

摘要: Pulse granuloma is a rare, benign entity that most likely represents reaction to vegetable material and characterized by hyaline rings foreign-body giant cells. We report case of pulse involving Meckel's diverticulum. The patient presented with abdominal pain radiological findings consistent Microscopic examination the resected tissue confirmed diagnosis diverticulum small bowel mucosa.
