摘要: The requirement of vitamins for growth and development, as well their central role in carcinogen metabolism, has called the attention many investigators toward potential involvement tumor induction growth. Vitamins A, C, E have been most associated with cancer (Committee on Diet, Nutrition, Cancer, 1982), consumption foods rich these nutrients encouraged public information brochures by major organizations (e.g., American Institute Cancer Research Society), recently, Surgeon General’s Report Nutrition Health (Nutrition Policy Board, 1988) Diet (National Council, 1989).
