摘要: When an animal interacts with its environment we commonly observe a variety of action patterns that are in turn combined into higher order functional configurations such as feeding, fighting, mating, grooming, and temperature regulation. How do describe classify these individual actions their rules connection time? By what means separate intrinsic from extrinsic causal factors but also capture the intimacy relations at various levels behavioral expression? At still more refined level, how evaluate boundaries different classes one another without losing sight fact activation any given may influence expression another? These related questions have long been major interest ethologists.
