摘要: This study investigated the influence of nano-SiO2 particles (nSiO2) on teratogenic responses zebrafish embryos to decabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-209). Zebrafish were exposed BDE-209 in absence and presence nSiO2 for 96 h post fertilization (hpf). Results showed that formation nSiO2-BDE-209 associates promoted both extracellular intracellular uptake by embryos, thereby increasing bioconcentration chorion surface embryos. also delay hatching temporarily when co-exposure at 60 hpf. Furthermore, there was heartbeat decline (28.3 beats/10s) increase irregular (45.8%) larvae 96 hpf, compared sole exposure (32.7 beats/10s 0%). Malformation terms spinal curvature (SC), pericardial edema (PE) yolk sac (YSE) observed 33.9, 23.4, 18%, respectively. Overall, abnormal development apparent nSiO2. All relevant evidence considered, could facilitate transport towards negatively impact zebrafish.
