摘要: The ATM kinase plays a critical role in the maintenance of genetic stability. is activated response to DNA damage and essential for cell-cycle checkpoints. Here, we report that mitosis absence damage. We demonstrate mitotic activation dependent on Aurora-B phosphorylates serine 1403. This phosphorylation event required activation. Further, show loss function results shortened timing defective spindle checkpoint, abrogation Ser1403 leads this checkpoint defect. also mitotically Bub1, kinetochore protein, Ser314. ATM-mediated Bub1 Ser314 activity checkpoint. Collectively, our data highlight mechanisms mitosis.
