摘要: A process for the purification of proteins from solutions containing contaminants similar net charge and molecular weight is provided, comprising contacting a solution desired protein with an immobilized metal affinity chromatography resin in buffer low concentration weak ligand chelant resin. The adsorbed then eluted using having high same ligand, e.g., Tris. Particularly preferred features employ agarose-iminodiacetic acid resins copper cations are especially useful obtaining preparations homogeneous, stable rsT4 proteins.
