摘要: Variation in Rana pipiens blood glucose levels caused by assay techniques was at least 50% of basal levels. Increases handling and anesthesia were as great 200% for 800% lactate. Dietary status induced variations 100% muscle glycogen 600% liver glycogen. Maximal seasonal differences (March to August) approximately tissue concentrations observed. Frogs from different geographic areas showed October reserves 25 50%.
