摘要: Light-scattering measurements of DHPC (1,2 dihehadecyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphatidylcholine) vesicles and complex DHPC-ovomucoid were used to follow the time course osmotic response after mixing with solutions containing various salts neurtral molecules. The effects these neutral on pure formed by can be characterize membrane permeability under conditions experiment. half-permeation times determined in presence absence ovomucoid. ovomucoid appears increase positively charged salt ions comparison negatively dipicrylamine, (DPA-) lipophilic ion. This phenomenon is explained terms formation thereby diminishing available ionic groups which presumably are involved transition process across lipid vesicles. for molecules did not change indicates a mechanism quite different from one characteristic ions. On basis this evidence electrostatic bonding it concluded that bound polar surface
