摘要: Cells respond to pathophysiological states by activation of stress-induced signalling. Regulatory non-coding microRNAs (miRNAs) often form stable feed-forward loops which ensure prolongation the signal, contributing sustained activation. Members annexin protein family act as sensors for Ca2+, pH, and lipid second messengers, regulate various signalling pathways. Recently, annexins were reported participate in feedback loops, suppressing miRNA synthesis attenuating dysregulation gene expression. They can directly or indirectly associate with RNAs, are transferred between cells exosomes shed microvesicles. The ability recruit other proteins miRNAs into implicates them control cell-cell interactions, affecting adaptive responses remodelling processes during disease. studies summarized this Review point an emerging role influencing synthesis, localisation, transfer regulatory RNAs.
