摘要: There has been an assumption, that the pharmacological effects of local anaesthetic agents and/or analgesic benefits regional anaesthesia and analgesia might lead to a reduction cancer recurrence metastases after surgery. These over general opioid-based postoperative analgesia were claimed in particular with use epidural techniques by retrospective studies. However, other number prospective studies have not confirmed this impression favour techniques. Similarly, there are inconclusive results regard peripheral nerve blocks including paravertebral spinal anaesthesia. Despite theoretical potential anaesthetics techniques, supported in-vitro animal studies, current clinical situation is equivocal further well-designed prospective required address issue definitively.
