摘要: The epipolythiodioxopiperazines (ETP) including gliotoxin (GT) are a class of secondary fungal metabolites with bridged polysulfide ring structure as their common distinctive feature (Figure 1). Early studies these unusual compounds concentrated on anti-microbial properties and possible anti-tumor activities. These early have been extensively reviewed.14,16
