摘要: A novel silica-based stationary phase with branched octadecyl groups was prepared by the sequential employment of Michael addition reaction and photoinduced thiol-yne click chemistry 3-aminopropyl-functionalized silica microspheres as initial material. The resulting denoted SiO2 -N(C18)4 characterized elemental analysis, FTIR spectroscopy Raman spectroscopy, demonstrating existence in microspheres. separations benzene homologous compounds, acid compounds amine analogues were conducted, mixed-mode separation mechanism on . Baseline basic drugs mixture acquired mobile acetonitrile/H2 O (5%, v/v). further applied to separate Corydalis yanhusuo Wang water extracts, more baseline peaks obtained for than those Atlantis dC18 column. It can be expected that this new will exhibit great potential analysis compounds.
