摘要: Biobanking and its associated policies procedures for managing biological specimen collections are critical to the success of a variety research endeavors. Several international organizations have produced best practices which cover important technical ethical-regulatory issues that collection management biospecimens data. The expanding global nature biomedical has resulted in disparities biobanking among high-income countries (HIC) low- middle-income (LMIC). In Africa, projects such as H3Africa B3Africa new promising advances infrastructure creation networks. However, initiation highlighted some challenges faced by biobanks from both perspectives.
