摘要: he Copenhagen summit was to be moment in history when the international community agree that climate change is most urgent and important threat facing global health 1 take decisive ac- tion prevent its worst impacts. 2 Instead, UN plagued by political infighting, policy disagreement, increasing public scepticism, persistent criticism of science lay literature. It not clear what effect this critique had on policymakers during after summit, but effects opin- ion have been profound. 3 This article argues scien- tific debate could more clearly separated from politi- cal if next Intergovernmental Panel Climate Change (IPCC) synthesis were underpinned sys- tematic literature review methods.
