摘要: . Over the last decade, British health policy has increasingly considered role of information and technologies in provision care. Recently, there is a growing interest new applications, often referred to as telemedicine telehealth, incorporating diverse range services that can be provided electronic form over various telecommunications networks. This paper discusses how such use communication (ICTs) acquires meanings through process, what implications it for telehealth particular. done hermeneutic exploration four principal UK papers published between 1989 1998.
