摘要: Our studies have focused on the mechanisms involved in blood-brain barrier and blood-nerve alterations inflammatory demyelinating diseases. The results support conclusion that these diseases are initiated by delayed hypersensitivity reactions. They further demonstrate a role for mast cell degranulation vasoactive amines peripheral nerve. In central nervous system, our documented both active passive of edema formation cytokines may be altered permeability inflammation. We conclude several breakdown activated alteration endothelial function is major component disease induction.
