摘要: Abstract The photovoltaic action of plastic solar cells based on P3HT/PCBM- (poly[3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl]/[6,6]-phenyl C 61 butyric acid methyl ester)-composites depends strongly structure the active layer. In this work, impact P3HT-crystallinity optical absorption P3HT/PCBM-films was investigated. We observed, that both and thermally annealed films are increased in comparison to not ones. highest crystallinity achieved for at 125 °C. Further increase annealing temperature leads decrease P3HT crystallinity. It is shown coefficient low photon energies proportional area under X-ray-diffraction peak, which a measure degree film
